Background
From the age of four I have spent my winter weekends on the snow in Tasmania. I was lucky to learn on a small, but steep club field. I spent the next fourteen years skiing Mt Field.
Ten years ago I tried snowboarding and I haven’t looked back. I have done various seasons in Europe, America, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.
In the initial stages I focused on freestyle snowboarding, but I didn’t want to limit myself to park riding. So I decided to take my park skills and incorporate them into freeriding. I feel this has given me a strong foundation to progress my freeriding skills to a high level.

Personality
I would like to think that my vibrant, positive personality is shown through my snowboarding. I’ll be up the mountain on a powder day or when it’s icy, always with a smile on my face.
I’m never content to accept the level I have progressed to. I believe living outside your comfort zone will open up so many new pathways of adventure, challenges and development, all of which makes you an interesting, approachable person.
I feel I have achieved this through my adventures to many different countries. I was lucky to live with locals and learn about their culture. I also feel that people can approach me to ask for help or to tell me about their experiences.
